Here we see the pedestrian's polygraphed version of the encounter. The pedestrian, elderly and medically fragile, holding his dog and a cane, gets about 30 feet from the previous sharp bend up a steep blind hill covered with rocks and dirt. Biker One and Biker Two suddenly turn the blind corner closely together, and Pedestrian exclaims in a defensive startle reaction "SLOW DOWN Aword, you're gunna break your Friggin necks!"
Biker One says "I'm sorry" as he turns to leave, and Biker Three arrives, having heard nothing. All three go back down the hill. This is the entire encounter. Pedestrian says 9 words lasting three seconds, and the entire event lasts less than 10 seconds in total.
In Biker One's enhanced version, biker one arrives, and claims Pedestrian makes three statements, first slow down with the word Hell fictitiously added, then a fabricated Aword you scared my dog statement, and finally, as Biker One was supposedly leaving, a departing statement telling him to get out of here you little A word. Biker One supposedly hears 27 words when pedestrian said 9.
In Biker Two's version, which agrees in length with pedestrian's version, Biker Two arrives and only hears 11 words, Get back down before I break your fword neck Awords. Pedestrian starts with SLOW DOWN, which Biker One hears first, and Biker Two reports hearing DOWN, but get down rather than slow down. Biker Two is uncomfortable with lying and says "the only part I heard" to try to remain truthful and absent himself from the situation. However, to support Biker One's long, fabricated version, he HAS to say Pedestrian was "half way through" his statement by the time he, Biker Two arrives. This is an impossible statement, how could Biker Two WITNESS being half way through, if he didn't hear the first half? Also, his line of sight, as confirmed by Biker Three and pedestrian, is around a sharp blind curve. Finally, he reports hearing the DOWN statement, which is in the FIRST half of Biker One's account, whereas if he'd really only heard the second half after arriving later, he would have heard the dog and get out of here (being the last Biker One reported statements) but instead reports hearing the down and break neck statements, which according to Pedestrian and Biker one, were said FIRST, completely contradicting Biker Two's only hearing half scenario.
Biker Three's statement is a complete fabrication compared to all three of the other accounts. He admits arriving very late, with both of his cousins stopped, and even acknowledges the sharp turn. Yet, even though Biker Two supposedly arrives half way through and only hears 11 words, Biker Three suddenly hears more words and content-- 23 total with added NEW statements-- than even Biker One: a break neck, a see you back here, a get back where you came from and a scare dog statement-- more statements by far than the eleven words Biker Two hears, who supposedly witnesses only half! The fact that this is a fabrication is supported by Pedestrian, Biker One and Biker Two-- Biker Three heard nothing at all, yet fabricates a whole new witness statement.
When you remove these fabrications, the account becomes very close to the pedestrian's poly validated version-- Biker One and two arriving closely together and hearing 9 words (11 with contractions), and Biker Three hearing nothing at all. No mention was made of pedestrian's dog at all, and both Biker Two and the Poly validate this.
