The photos below are from the actual incident scene (also private property), directly above the blind hill on pedestrian's property, over which bikers were recklessly riding at high speed. The animations on the home page are based on exact measurements of the event topology as seen in these pictures, and both pedestrian and biker 3 describe the steep sharp turns leading to the event. The path is extremely NARROW, with a steep and deadly DROP OFF, and three bikes cannot fit on the path unless staggered. The animation clearly shows this, and illustrates the impossiblity of biker's witness statements compared to their own description of arrival times, sequence and what they purportedly heard. The STEEP nature of the hill, the deadly drop off, the blind curves, the rocky surface, and the limited visibility, when combined with pedestrian's blindness, lack of sure footing, lack of mobility (compared to bikers on motocross dirt bikes) visually confirms the disparity of force and conclusively demonstrates the absurdity of the charges against pedestrian. A defensive startle reaction, consisting of only 9 words suggesting "SLOW DOWN" is, in this context, not only reasonable, but extremely reserved.
