Scene Topology Diagram Facing South (Biker's Point of View in Police Report)
Scene topology (SEE BELOW) was carefully measured for the forensic animation on the home page and scene and blind hill photos complement the architectural renderings.
Biker 3 confirms that the incident was around a steep blind curve on the steep hill. The animations demonstrate the impossibility of Biker 3 hearing anything due to his own reported arrival time and the blind hill. Furthermore, Biker 2 reports that "when I arrived (pedestrian) was half way through his statement." This is an impossible statement on its face-- how did he "witness" being half way through? Biker 2 does not necessarily have to be lying-- he could be reporting what he heard Biker 1 say, and mistakenly told police he witnessed it. Due to the loudness of the bikes, and wearing a helmet, he also may have misheard the exact statement. In other words, if EITHER biker two or the pedestrian, as proven by his polygraph, are telling the truth, Biker 1 and Biker 3 HAVE to be lying.
Also, given that Biker 2 agrees with pedestrian on the length of his statement, as well as the timing of "SLOW DOWN" (see audio pin) -- Biker 3's statement is completely fabricated, as he claims to hear more than Biker 2 (25 words), who reportedly hears only 11 words! The AUDIO PIN conclusively proves the exact match of the Biker 1 and Biker 3 fabrications, and the agreement points of pedestrian and Biker 2.
